Mentorship Act
Author: Albiorix
Category: Law
Introduction
With the recent stint of new nations in the INU, and even more to come after the first Recruitment Board is created, some kind of "training" for a new INUit is needed. To increase the ties of new nations to the INU, and to provide answers to questions new members will undoubtedly have, introducing a system of apprentice and mentor will alleviate these future problems.
Arguments--
1.This act, if passed, will provide a foundation for new nations to become a part of the active INU community.
2. This act will allow potential mentors to increase the diversity of the region through eventually inducing their apprentices to enter specific organizations within the INU of their choice, for example becoming a major force in our roleplays, becoming an officer in the INUDO, or even eventual election into the Supreme Council.
Provisions--
1. Anyone wishing to be a mentor may telegram anyone in the Supreme Council. He and he alone will approve or reject the application to expedite things. He will evaluate the application based on the potential mentors seniority, activity, and involvement within the INU.
2. Each approved mentor will be free to take on a new member of the INU as an apprentice. This apprentice will telegram his/her mentor frequently about the workings of the INU, and the mentor is expected to reply in depth.
3. After one month, the apprentice graduates. He/she may now apply for being a mentor.
Implementation--
1. Applications start as soon as this law is passed.
