The Immigration Act Proposal.

If you have been reading the RMB today you probably noticed that a nation from the Black Riders has appeared in this region. After a relatively short discussion Luso brought up the idea of a Immigration Department, just a nation or two who would check a suspicious nations history to see if they passed through TBR or one of their puppets. I for one, and supportive of the idea. We can have the Department of Recruitment assign a small team to go through a suspicious nations history. What you you think?

I agree, but don't forget that our spies have to go to and from TBR, so their job should be to report to Zwotstyg if they find suspicious nations.

I forgot about that, thats why the Immigration Department is a branch of the Recruitment Office. The spies report to either the Head of Recruitment or Zwostyg so any confusion is avoided.

I'm already starting to draft somethign along these lines. I will post it soon.

Its gonna be a short very narrow focus bill.

Its more to create kinda a sub-department under the Department of Recruitment.
